Paul McMahon Photographer (“I”, “me”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and what I do with it.
Information you give me
When you send an enquiry through the contact form, I collect your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, company, preferred shoot dates, image usage and project brief. This information is emailed to me so I can respond to your enquiry and quote on your project. If you choose to subscribe to updates, I collect your email address to send them. I only send updates to people who have subscribed themselves.
Information collected automatically
- Visitor statistics: this site uses Jetpack Stats (by Automattic) to count visits and see which pages are viewed. This information is aggregated and is not used to identify you.
- Spam protection: the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that enquiries come from real people. Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details for this purpose only.
- Embedded content: some pages may include content from YouTube, Vimeo or Google Maps. These are only loaded with your consent, through the privacy settings on this site.
How I use your information
I use your information only to respond to enquiries, provide photography services and, if you have subscribed, send updates. I do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Who I share it with
I do not share your information with anyone, except service providers needed to run this website and my business (such as web hosting, email and the services listed above), or where required by law.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting work, and generally no longer than two years after our last contact, unless I am required by law to keep it longer.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you, or unsubscribe from updates at any time, by emailing paul@pmcmahon.com.au.
